Grazie anche a corsi di abilitazione si è riusciti a formare giovani ragazzi in cerca di lavoro, e chi non è stato in grado di avere un adeguata formazione e stato dato in "stage" a diversi commercianti per iniziare come "aiutocommesso" sotto la guida di nostri fornitori che non solo li formano lavorativamente, e per il senegal è molto importante, specialemente il rispetto degli orari , dei giorni lavorativi e delle responsabilita sul lavoro, ma anche spronandoli a trovare o creare nuovi prodotti commerciali. La grossa adesione al nostro "shop" Online ha creato molta fiducia in quelli che potevano essere un pò diffidenti riguardo ad i nostri progetti per via dell incessante sfruttamento a cui erano stati sottoposti sino a quel momento. Ora funzioniamo come una macchina ben oliata e anche se come dappertutto ogni tanto succedono degli intoppi si cerca sempre come una famiglia di risolverli per il bene di tutti e nella massima serietà professionale. Nonostante il percorso, che ci impone ad avere molti artisti e pagati in modo corretto sia da noi che dalla coperativa, questo non ci bastava...
Il mio proncipale obbiettivo e sempre stato quello dell'aiuto alla comunità dei bambini di strada (talibe), avendo io sposato un ragazzo che è stato per 10 anni un talibe, dopo aver ascoltato le sue storie ,per quanto lui lo avesse vissuto bene e con animo religioso il suo passato, comprendendo che al giorno d'oggi questi bambini hanno una vita difficile , dura ,ingiusta e cattiva.. una vera e propria schiavitù perlomeno per la maggior parte.. è stato deciso di devolvere tramite vendite Totalmente dedicate ai nostri progetti , una volta al mese un pasto collettivo per coloro che necessitano di aiuto, all'arrivo delle pioggie la consegna di sandali per la protezione dei piedi dalle sporcizie e infezioni che porta questa stagione, in occasione del ramadan con "NDOGOU" ovvero rotture del digiuno collettive , in occasione del natale con la distribuziopne di doni e giornate dedicate alla gioia e spensieratezza. Questi progetti sono diventati sempre piu grandi e hanno attirato anche l'attenzione di Media televisivi e di politici locali , con attribuzione di attestati al bene comune. Grazie alla partecipazione e al coinvolgimento non solo di tutte le nostre ed i nostri clienti italiani ed europei, ma anche di senegalesi che in Senegal vedendo i risultati hanno deciso spontaneamente di partecipare ed aiutare , i nostri progetti si svolgono in maniera regolare una volta al mese o ogni due. .Ma tante persone sono rimaste davvero toccate da questo modo semplice e limpido di fare del bene, dopo tante "fregature" da parte di associazioni è davvero un piacere vedere quando cio che tu doni arriva davvero a chi deve, cosi dopo essere stati contattati da diverse persone si è riusciti a portare una rete idrica in un villaggio che non aveva l'accesso all'acquaQuesto lungo ma importantissimo progetto è stato interamente o quasi sviluppato grazie a persone come voi che si sono interessate a questa causa e grazie a tanti ragazzi senegalesi che hanno messo manodopera e lavoro in beneficenza per solidarietà. credo che questa sia una delle più forti esperienza emotive che abbiamo vissuto e che merita come è stato di essere visionata da tutti , per far capire a chi lascia la propria terra che una volta trovata la stabilità basta poco per aiutare la famiglia, per far capire anche a chi si approfitta del prossimo che fare del bene solleva l'animo e rende degni di cio che si fa e che si professa. Ultimamente si è anche arrivati ad un grosso traguardo proprio in questo gennaio 2016 , siamo riusciti a realizzare uno dei nostri piu grandi sogni, dopo 2 anni di coltivazione abbiamo potuto aprire la nostra Tisaneria Online , ovvero un reparto del nostro negozio dedicato alla natura (già dall'inizio ci occupiamo di cosmesi naturale, tra cui Karite prodotto e importato puro e non lavorato , sapone nero e oli biologici) Grazie a coltivazioni biologiche di piante medicinali e curative (tradizionalmente) siam risuciti a portare anche qui in italia ,l'ottima qualità delle piante africane, sottoforma di tisane che daranno grande pregio al nostro negozio e sicuramente alla vostra salute.
